NonStop CLI generates a Melos-managed Flutter starter with SOLID-oriented boundaries, offline unit/widget tests, a strict 100% handwritten-runtime line-coverage gate and generated CI. Its template is verified by generating and building real applications, including minimal and optional-module configurations.
