Include latest version from pub.dev to pubspec.yaml

Usage

// initialize
await DownloadManager.instance.init(isolates: 3);

// download
final request = DownloadManager.instance.download(url);

// listen to state changes
request.events.listen((event) { ... }

// control the task
request.pause();
request.resume();
request.cancel();
